Changing lives, one conversation at a time.

I contacted Dina as I wanted to tweak a few things in my mindset. I believe I went into coaching with quite a good foundation in terms of good habits that contributed to what I would consider good in terms of overall mental wellbeing. In terms of career goals, I consider myself driven and focused on the process of getting where I want go get. However, there were a few things that I didn't realise were holding me back in terms of career goals that Dina pointed out. I only had a few sessions with her, and as cliché as it sounds, I have already noticed a change in my mindset.
Again, going into this, I thought I was quite self-aware, but my sessions with Dina got me thinking about the way I view myself and my own shortcomings in a different light. Loved every session with her. It always got me into a focused, productive mood afterwards.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the support and guidance that I have received from Dina. I was going through huge changes in my life and she kept me focused on my goal and kept me on track when I wobbled. Dina - you are such an inspirational woman. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had a session with Dina, in which I thought we would work through me feeling in a rut in my career and me not pushing myself. Turms out with a little direction, I am more than capable of taking the initiative and doing the research I need in order to achieve more and get out of my own way.

Dina was relatable and so easy to speak with, and any anxiety I may have had about the session vanished within minutes. What was surprising was my limiting beliefs, self sabotaging and procrastination is in the area I need the most help with: weight loss and workouts.

Before the end of our first session, Dina was able to encourage me to take small steps and not always look to that big grand finale.

I cannot recommend Dina enough and would definitely work with her again. The difference between who you are and who you want to be, is what you do.

Dina strikes an impossible balance: she is a professional who is personally invested in her clients' success.

She is compassionate, yet unflinching in her commitment to a culture of holding you accountable.

In a world where people think of what they can take before they give, Dina freely gives of her wisdom, skill-set and resources.

This has been a game-changing, life-changing experience.
